WBJJA Mississippi
Thanks for a great weekend! Professor Vieira came down to central Mississippi last weekend
and conducted a WBJJA rank testing Friday night. Everyone really enjoyed him conducting the testing and the immediate
feedback on the areas we could improve upon. It did not stop there, we also had several hours of training Friday concluded
with Professor sparring with every one several times. Everyone especially enjoyed that. Sparring with someone
with such high technical abilities as professor Vieira reminds us all that we all have a lot to learn. Then the icing
on the cake was an outstanding seminar Saturday morning. We trained several advanced concepts emphasizing the importance of
flow and transitions, and a smarter way to win the fight. Everyone walked away a little sore but with a head full
of new knowledge to improve their game. I am more impressed with Professor Vieira and the WBJJA every time I get to
personally train with him. The WBJJA continues to raise the bar on all technical levels. Thanks for allowing me
to be a part of it!!!!!

MMA in Canada 2
We fought in an MMA event again this time I brought 2 fighters Sumeet and Lee. Sumeet won by
triangle choke and Lee won by rear naked chok, both in the first round. So the wbjja curriculum is doing well.
Lee only had 7 training sessions (private) before the fight. They followed their game plan well and succeeded. Check
